The year he should have won Mr.OThat was the year Joe Weider denied him access to the Mr.O contest after seeing the shape he was in.Nubret was clearly better than Arnold, and would have won if Weider wasn't a racist cunt.After being thrown out of the contest for no good reason, Nubret was heartbroken and didn't train, and almost didn't eat for weeks. A Bunch of bodybuilders were outraged, and refused to show up at the Mr.O if Nubret was not allowed access. Eventually Weider had to give in, and Nubret was allowed back in. At this point he had lost a lot of weight, and was no longer in a position to beat Arnold. When this picture was taken he was a lot lighter than he was when Weider first saw him and threw him out.
