Cheers folks,stumpled by conicidence upon CBL and various articles written by Kiefer (as he probably refers to himself ;)). Since I am familiar with Intermittent Fasting, The Warrior Diet etc. , CBL doesn't seem that ouf of place to me, as it may sound to your typical bodybuilder. Anyway, I really like the scientific background of this concept. Kudos to Kiefer for doing this much research. Read CBL 1.0 a few days ago - pretty awesome. Reviewd the book @my sports blog thereafter and thought I might roam the boards to stay up to date. 🙂
