What are anyone's thoughts on carb:protein ratios PWO? I know it's a tired subject but there are always different theories and answers. I notice Kiefer recommends just 25g Dextrose in his caffeine therapy article (but I also know that's for a morning session).I'm 6 ft and weigh 175lbs and am currently trying Wendler's 3 month challenge. I generally go for about 50g Dextrose and 1 scoop of Whey (2:1 carbs to protein) and a scoop of Leucine PWO. Is that much Dextrose really necessary? Especially since I'll be having a carb heavy meal (about 70g) about an hour later...
