Hey guys,I was looking at the citations section on the CNS and wanted to find the specific reference that shows it's hard to gain fat on carb nite. Thanks in advance.
carbs are what make the majority of people increase in bodyfat.. particularlly easily digestable carbs ie sugars, starches, some grains.. so limiting them to a single day in a week will in turn make it much more difficult for most people to gain fat.. there have been hundreds of studies over the past century that prove how fattening carbs can be on people just search around you will find them:)
