    I workout at 2 p.m. daily.  As I know and have read this is not the ideal time to have a workout for CBL, but its what it is.  I finish my workout roughly 4 to include HIIT.  When I start BLing on Thursday, I plan on having my PWO and then 1 hour later having a high glycemic dinner such as sweet and sour chicken with white rice or steak and potatoes.  I planned on having the junk at about 8-9 p.m. and bed around 10 p.m.  Thoughts?

    Sounds fine. If you find that it's tooMuch, cut the carbs out of your shake.

    Thanks.  The PWO is low carb to begin with.  Rougly 7g/2 scoops.
