I was doing alright for a while and have done a full orientation phase before, but then I slipped up (massively!) and decided to re-do the reorientation phase. I do miss them, but it's mainly because I'm going to my best friend's party tomorrow and there will be cakes, nachos, good food, cookies, etc etc and I don't want to be diet freak who turns down the cakes and brings their own chicken and eggs π
If you can train before I think you'll be fine. My only concern is that you messed up the reorientation phase before. It's good to do a full one not only because of the actual change in the fuel used but it teaches you to go without carbsΒ

Well, I went ahead and did it! π I guess we'll see how it goes.. I don't think it'll be a major thing though and if it is I can always do the prep phase again.I'll do a spinning session in the morning and some lifting afterwards. I think I'll be alright.I've been feeling great lately, I'm really digging this low-carb thing! π
