Hey all,So, I used to get the night sweats regularly after implementing CBL post-workout, big time, but in the last couple of weeks I've noticed they're not happening as much, and when they do, they're not half as... sweaty. Nothing has changed, except, possibly my food choices have improved; I'm having less fructose and gluten-based carbs and more glucose, along with potatoes, white rice etc. Is the lack of sweating in any way indicative of a screw up?Thanks.
I'd say the gluten use to trigger an inflammatory response… anyway I'd say let the mirror talk and don't worry about it if you keep getting stronger and leaner

Not at all. The metabolism does adapt over time. Many other CBL'ers have experienced the something similar.Like Terry said, the results are more important than the symptoms. Night sweats are a good indication that you're doing it right, but the lack of them is not an indication that anything's going wrong.
