Any thoughts on this product as your pWO, maybe add a scoop of Blend H to this?

Hi there,Thanks for your question. The product seems suitable for pwo. Although it does contain fat, the amount may not effect the rate of absorption. A scoop of H with a 3 scoopserving of the product is fine.
