I'm new around here, so I'm not sure how often Keifer tends to update when releasing a new product. Could we be speculating for days here, or will info be readily available?

Looks like it's going to be released at midnight of the 14th (or the morning of the 15th) OR that's just a countdown to the day that he's going to release more information on the product. I'm leaning more towards the first option though, that its counting down to the day when it will be available to order. Maybe I'm just a foolish optimist though.  😀

Regarding fenugreek seed extract… there's varying degrees of standardization in the extract…Secondly, Kiefer alluded to an immediate 30 minute PWO glycogen re-compensation window, then a 2 hour window, in one of the podcasts... definitely curious about when to take advantage of that first window.  I'm guessing it'd be if more strength/performance focused versus aesthetics focused... but we'll see.Kiefer's good at building suspense, eh?

^ LOL ;DI have a couple of questions..."We want to allow the stress we cause during training to fully set in, which means not interfering with either the autophagic response or beneficial cortisol levels. Eating or drinking any rapidly absorbing nutrients can derail both of these processes. After your workout, therefore, consume only water for up to an hour. "1. Would there be enough nutrients in unsweetened iced tea to interfere with the processes mentioned?2. He warns against "rapidly absorbing nutrients," but what (if anything) would be considered "slow absorbing?"Thanks._

I wonder about this too because on CN, I workout then start my CN goodies as soon as I get in the car.  Should I wait now to start those, BIG TEX????

To be honest, really unsure about any suggestions to make because I do not want to give the wrong information. Now my opinion in this, he said no nutrients besides water do as such. If you can't drink just water for an hour, something is wrong, it doesn't mean that you have to sip or gulp water for entire duration just that's the only thing to consume. Slow absorbing nutrients in my mind would be like low GI carbs, bad. So just hold off on anything till that shake. I am certain this will reach Kiefer and he will address accordingly. These are just my opinions.

+1He said just said water.  However, I think iced tea would be fine, if it's unsweetened.

No problems, just questions. 😛I realize there are few details out yet, but I value the opinions of you guys with more experience. Thanks. 🙂

I personally won't be cutting out my intra shake even if Kiefer says it's going to kill me. I've done with or without comparison workouts and glycofuse just takes shit to the next level for me.

I'm personally just going to save my intra shakes for my toughest workout.  I skipped it last night and I didn't have any trouble getting through my session.  Saves money.
