    Consider that the supplement will help support what Kiefer is doing now and in the future.  Each serving is just the cost of a nice coffee anyway 🙂Good Deal - 1 Bottle - $59.95 (+ $6 shipping)Better Deal - 2 Bottles - $99.90 (+ $7.05 shipping)Best Deal - 4 Bottles - $159.80 (+ 10.15 shipping)Servings per bottle: 16Get ready to order 🙂

Alright so I currently do CN and my post workout shake at the moment consists of 70cc scoop of Whey Protein Isolate, 7.5cc of Creatine Monohydrate and 1 Tablespoon of L-Leucine. Would I want to just add Carb Shock to this? Or swap something out for Carb Shock?

70cc scoop, how much protein is that? A standard scoop with 20-25g? You would add CS to is but drop the leucine.

Normally that is the range yes, depending on the brand.

Yea I use True Nutrition Whey Protein Isolate Microfiltrated and it came with a 70cc scoop and the direction were to add a 1 scoop to 8/12 fluid ounces. I wish I could order more than one bottle of Carb Shock but that is all I can afford at this time. Alright so change it up by taking out the Leucine and replace it with the Carb ShockThanks for your help
