Mag, it is great to hear that CS is working for you, it is very encouraging news for me. As I am waiting for my CS order to be delivered, could you please share your diet modification that help you gain lean mass since you start using CS? Looks like you increased Protein and Fats, and reduced Carbs. 1) Have you increased Proteins and Fats during ULC or Post work out phase?2) What percentage or grams of protein and Fat have you increased?3) What percentage or grams of Carbs have you reducedThanks a lot in advance for sharing above details.

I think this is going to be individualized greatly, so far what I've been doing is reducing my carb intake by 50g of my daily macros for each serving of CS I use (so 100 on my two-a-days), and I've been dropping body fat craaaazy fast while keeping my lean mass anabolic. I've been keeping my fat and protein intake on target per my current programs guidelines. I'm not focused on strength at all, but solely aesthetic, so if your more oriented towards strength goals, I could see filling the caloric gaps with animal fats for energy, excess protein wouldn't do you much good in strength pursuits, due to the inefficient nature of gluconeogenesis. This is entirely speculative though, and based off presumption. I have zero background in powerlifting beyond power periodization for greater long term hypertrophy. Ibob, trx, and trev would probably have much more valuable input in strength based pursuits. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Whoa.I haven't played around with that degree of refinement. All I can say is I noticed almost an immediate decrease in bodyfat, not a huge, life altering amount, but noticeable within 2 weeks. This also coincided with the 1 hour wait with the PWO drink.A decreased amount of the effect after the initial 2 weeks. But probably the only supplement that I can say directly actually worked. I can also say,I get a bit of a charged up feeling with slight light-headedness as well, and I have to catch myself for not taking a nap 20 minutes afterward. This thing we do,the cornerstone of it all is insulin manipulation.Pretty sure this is the state of the art insulin spiker to date.

Yep, it's how we were able to get the 15g worth of carbs.

After 7 weeks or so have decided to cycle off for a month…diminishing results, and was getting a little stressed out about taking it,not sure if it was a real physical effect,or just not looking forward to the mixing up and downing of my foul tasting home brew.Great results first 10 days, greatly decreased results after that. Now just going with a good high protein/high carb meal an hour after workout and this feels better for now.Anyone else???

I'm about four bottles through (of the six I ordered) mine and while I haven't noticed dramatic changes from it specifically, I also started it around the same time I changed up everything for CNS and a new workout.  Meaning, I am seeing changes but nothing I'd attribute to CarbShock specifically.  Anyway, since there's nothing out there yet about replacement stock, would anyone who's made their own (and seen good results) care to post up exactly what they ordered (perhaps with links?) to make their own?  I've been taking it an hour after my workout ends with 12g of Nature's Best Isopure Zero Carb vanilla protein powder.  An hour after that I down another shake with 5g of Leucine, 7.5g of BCAA's, a TBSP of MCT oil and 5g of Creatine.  Anybody see anything wrong with that?  I was going low on the protein in the first shake to avoid the proverbial 'bad' insulin spike that kills fat burning but can/will go higher if that's indicated.  Going to add TMG starting next week, probably 1g with my Carnosyn PreWO and then another 1g with my first real food meal.Stats: 76" tall, 232 pounds, probably 20-22% BF (hence CNS)5g of Carnosyn in water at 0415, 0445 in the morning workouts that last 90 minutes, typically done with dinner around 1800 and I eat something (solid food) around 1030-1100 the next morning.Probably TMI but figgered I'd cover all the bases.  lol

I'd definitely bump your PWO protein(i'm thinking 40g+ depending on training)? Also, whats the ratio on the 7.5 g of BCAAS?Side note on the TMG, don't take on an empty stomach. It's not really too important when you time in, but make sure you have solid food in you when you do... or you'll have awful, painful, osmotic diahhrea... which I'm suprised you aren't getting from that high of leucine with additional BCAAs and only 12g of whey to metabolize.

Okay, I'll look at bumping to 25g for a week, see how that affects me, then consider further. The BCAAs (Modern BCAA+) are 8:1:1 Leucine:Isoleucine-Valine at 15000mg per serving, but because I'm taking protein before hand I only use 1/2 a serving.Noted on the empty stomach thing; gonna try it out over the weekend just to see how it goes and in case it goes badly I'll be around a bathroom.  😮
