    I've heard it's best to wait a couple hours after training to drink a PWO shake and then wait a couple hours after drinking it before backloading. How important/beneficial is it to do this?

    Read the book, Keifer says maybe it could be beneficial to wait 30 min after your workout to have your PWO. I usually don't stress about and just drink it when I get home. You should backload about 30 min after your PWO

    I backload about 45-60 min after my PWO. Am I losing any benefits here? I think 45-60min is ok, isnt it?

    Yes it's ok. You at least have protein and Leucine PWO correct?
