Just went through the mail from Kiefer, and does anybody know why he changed his mind about late afternoon training, and now advises that we train earlier in the afternoon? I realize that we should wait an hour for the PWoS so training a little earlier makes sense but early afternoon was heavily discouraged in the CBL, because of circadian rhythms and insulin resistance (also being able to wait 4+ hours after lunch so we train fasted).Any thoughts on that or are you as confused as me?
