JakeMemberDoes getting the unsweetened flavors of the whey (chocolate, vanilla, or strawberry) change the nutritional content of the protein powder? Not sure what to get and I don't want to pay the extra dollar per lb. for the premium natural flavors.

If that was true then i would assume strawberry was the best because the shit is never available any damn place lol

Not in the case of natural flavorings, no. You can add Ace-K to sweeten the flavor you get, as an aside.(Also remember to use a coupon code to save an extra 5%. AND028 is one.)

JakeMemberWell it just says Strawberry (unsweetened). So would the nutritional information they provide for the whey remain the same or would this flavor increase the amount of carbs?

The unsweetened flavorings do not have carbs unless TN has recently changed them. You can e-mail Carl Manes (cmanes@truenutrition.com) to double check just to be sure. Underneath flavoring you can still add a sweetener of your choice.

Richard SchmittModeratorI know it's TN is pretty natural stuff, but any of y'all have problems digesting it? I'm wanting to do a trial and get 2lbs of Isolate Cold Filtration and 2lbs of the Hydrolyzed Whey. (Wish the Hydrolyzed didn't have any sugars or carbs in it…)If not planning on still getting Dymatize Elite/ISO 100

No problems digesting here, but I get the hydro and the cross-microfiltration whey. The carbs end up being less than 1g per scoop on my mixture.

MikehrMemberDid you get tn to pre mix em or did you do it yourself?

JakeMemberQuestion on measuring the protein powder:On the page for the WPC, the chart states the a 90 cc scoop is 27.6 grams of the powder (keeping in mind that a serving of the WPC is 30 grams of the powder which contains 21 grams of protein)However, when on the page to buy the measuring spoons for the protein it states that the 90 cc scoop is about 35 grams of protein. Thus the 2 charts say completely different values so which one should I go by?

Gotcha will do, the Cold Filtration is a bit cheaper that's the reason for looking at it.

Trust me dude, I know. Since I started taking more expensive supps, I finally started footing the bill myself, and the stuff adds up. I was thinking of using the milk protein isolate instead of separating whey and casein because it's much cheaper.I should have added a disclaimer in my previous post, but I don't normally have digestive problems with anything sans maybe beans and wheat(unless by "digestive problems" you're including bloating). I'd say give their stuff a shot, though, 'cause it's the first protein I've had that doesn't make me bloat.
