I beg to differ. As long as Captain Crunch exists (especially if it includes Crunchberries), there can only be one...even if it does rape the roof of my mouth every time I eat it. BUT, I do love Reese's, though I haven't actually had the cereal. I had Peanut Butter Captain Crunch years ago and hated it, which is odd because I LOVE peanut butter. I'll have to see if I can get my parents to send me some Reese's cereal from Colorado and settle this argument.

I think the "rape the roof of my mouth" settles the argument every time. Speaking of crunchberries....you know there is a cereal of JUST Crunchberries.

Brandon D ChristParticipantAren't unrefined better for the backload than refined? And aren't most cereals super refined?RB
Refined is better for the backloads. White Flour = Good, Whole Grain Flour = Bad. What is bad is super processed food like twinkies which have a million different ingredients that you can't pronounce.Refined does not necessarily mean heavily processed, how we define them anyway.

Brandon D ChristParticipantIs Rice Chex really good for this diet?The first ingredient is whole grain rice. I thought we wanted to avoid whole grain stuff?http://generalmills.com/ColorBoxImage.aspx?ImageId={D1096771-4BF8-48C6-A169-F3663644CBD7}
I have noticed that. Certain brands use whole grain flour others don't. Lucklily for me, the local grocery store's generic brand uses white rice flour and no hydrogenated oils. This means cheap quality carb source!

KenSanderParticipantThanks for the heads up. I'll take a look next time I shop.I'm looking to avoid gluten in my cereal, so this looks like a good choice.
