Too reliant on eggs??

    I'm usually pretty consistent in what I eat.  I wake up and eat:about .75 pounds of lean ground beef seasoned with chili pouder + chili paste over baby spinach or a grilled chicken breast over baby spinach both topped with cheeseAnd then for lunch and dinner I eat two omelettes consisting of 3 or 4 eggs and 2.5 strips of turkey bacon both with some cheese sprinkled in.Would you guys say this is too reliant on eggs and bacon?

    To much bacon? No such thing. Although why use turkey bacon?I feel the same with eggs, but I've had to cut them out.After using 4-12 a day for months now I seem to have developed an intolerance to them so I've cut them out for the time being.

    What are you cooking your eggs in?I ask because 2 slices, especially turkey bacon, does not contain all that much fat. I use a good amount of coconut oil, or butter.Also, this is most likely trivial, but ever think of switching that beef meal at night? If you listen to alot of the podcasts, Kiefer always talking about stacking calories toward the end of the night being more optimal for fatloss, and muscle retention. Again, that probably trivial, but for optimization sakes...Speaking of that, I'd remove the cheese before worrying about the eggs.

    You could always lower to 1-2 whole eggs and add 1-2 egg whites.
