Cory McCarthyMemberI woke this morning, and I guess I was pretty dry – no liquids or foods since around 11:30pm the night before. So, I was scratching my mid-section, and I was shocked by what I felt.I felt my abs popping up something fierce. My definition isn't fully in, but this was incredible. They were bigger than I last recall, too.So, I had to cop a feel, all over my torso. The bumps, the grooves, etc. Definitely better than they were just a week ago!Anyone else want to admit to doing this as they dial it in on diet? LOL.Maybe I am the only one, and I am weird.I wasn't turned on or anything... well, maybe just a little. LOL. (Kidding.) 😛Cory

David MargittaiParticipantNot gonna lie, I do this just about every morning. A little bit weird for me right now since I'm shooting for mass and actually gaining some fat and losing definition in my abs…but that's just something I'm going to have to get used to for the time being (since I know it'll be back once I hit my bulking goals). But in all seriousness, I honestly think that it's the best way to gauge your results -- even better than the mirror (if you do it consistently), in my opinion.

+1Yes, touching oneself on a constant basis is very useful. (I know what some of you are thinking... get your minds out of the sewer. While you're at it, lift mine out, too.) ;DCory

guitarjonParticipantSometimes I wake up mid-fondle (seriously). Also sometimes it takes me a few tries to actually lay down in bed because I do like a mini-reverse-crunch and I just have to feel all the grooves. I can't even type that and not feel dirty, but you guys know what I mean.

FairyGuestI do it too 😉 usually while standing. I just push my fingers into the groves between my abs and my obliquesI kind of automatically do it every time I put my hands on my hips now-a-days 🙂
