Even more reason to stand behind my avid stance of avoiding fructose....I just did a HUGE "splurge" Backload and am feeling pretty sick. The organ shit didnt help... HO_LEE FUCK_FRUCTOSE!

CBachelor17MemberYea thats some real deal stuff man. Good pointers to calories too on this diet. Makes me realize what everyone has been telling me all along as far as ULC days load up! Its not going to make you fat if its within your limit. Sans carbs just keeps looking better and better. Makes me want to consider 2 BL a week and High Intake ULC days to build, honestly.

basically my plan:) will probably be starting PWO carbs next week.. but current routine is only two days a week so doing carbs PWO after those two workouts should be fine

CBachelor17MemberYea I might put something like that together myself. I honestly like my meat, butter, CO, and greens better than carbs anyway. So being “able” to eat another big ass steak instead of a sub or w.e sounds much better to me!

GnomerParticipantalso wanted to point out labels can cause issues for some people.. people see 0g carbs on the package but check the ingredients.. even if it has say .5g sugar per serving(label will say 0) it's usually not a big deal but for some if they eat a hefty amount of packaged foods they still could be getting a decent amount of sugar everyday even when they think they are eating ULC..

Exactly, this is point that is overlooked, and a sneaky way for food companies to push their products out. Uneducated people that just "munch away mindlessly" (Yes I made up that word) will buy more and more of said product thinking it's okay. For example, Bahama Buck's has Thin Ice Flavorings sweetened with Natural Stevia, this excited me but knowing full well of sneakiness, I checked the site, also contained Dextrose before the actual Stevia. Bit long winded but wanted to share.

CBachelor17MemberTotally agree, and Im actually pretty pissed at myself. After reading this I thought of all the mustard I use every day. and how it says 0g Carbs 0 Calories. Looked it up on nutrition data…..FUCK!
October 7, 2013 at 6:55 pm #204881
Richard SchmittModeratorMustard…I don't give a rat's ass about, I enjoy that stuff and I use it. Not that I go through a bottle a day but I use it.
October 7, 2013 at 6:57 pm #204882
CBachelor17MemberI use it too! ALOT ALOT ALOT of it. So my carb count is probably much higher than i thought. http://nutritiondata.self.com/facts/spices-and-herbs/215/2

1 cup is a lot of mustard lol.. i have mustand now and then with burgers but only maybe a tablespoon.. but yea just goes to show even if the label says 0g carbs and you used a lot you are probably not getting 0g carbs

CBachelor17Member100g Mustard=5g Carbs. I easily down 100g on school days. Days where Im home all day… Lets just say a whole bottle would be gone if I was home two days straight. I mix ground pepper, mustard, and hot pepper extract to smother my food in :-[ lol
