Here is the deal, I train 3x a week with weights (A-B-A) and i've been doing CNS for 3 weeks now. , I workout on my carbnite and then start eating carbs. I tought this was the best way to enjoy a maximum anabolic effect. Now I have read that you don't need to train on CNS because the ULC days already make sure that all the carbs go into you muscle. Also in the article http://athlete.io/2113/carb-nite-how-you-can-and-should-get-stronger/ it is suggested to train the heaviest on the first and third day after carb nite. I wanted to know your opinion and experience on what to do.Option A: On carbnite day: eat some fat and protein, train, eat my carbs (possible anabolic effect?)Option B: Don't train on carb nite, and enjoy my glycogen filled muscle to train harder on first and third day after carb nite

Bump. I'm in the same situation. I may be able to train on my actual carb nite. Thinking of doing glycogen depleting total body workout the following day after CN.

Option A. Do a workout that won't be strenuous but one that will provide work. The workout should consist of parts you want to bring up or you're lagging in. Then if strength is the goal Post-CN, lift heavy the next day.

+1 OR Both? For example Legs on CN and Chest/Back on first day after. Or the other way around. Basically just avoid lifting upper body two days in a row.. You could rotate which you do on CN week by week as well.
