had to switch my training times, used to 5pm. Do I eat my carbs before or after training? I typically go to sleep around 11ish. So train until 8:30 then slam carbs and protein directly after and I'll be okay?

Yupp your all good. Crazy but i actually have to train at the exact same time a few times a week when running CBL. Just train, eat and sleep.
