Hi!I work at night, between 17-0230 Wednesday-Friday. I plan to backload after training on Saturday. But I would like to try an experiment. After work on Thursday, I hit the gym at approx 03:00 (Friday morning 03:00) with a session of SW- HD Shoulders+some light back-work (75% 1RM).After that I ingest approx 150 g of dextrose and 100 g whey+5 g leucine, 5 g creatine. Then go to bed at about 04:45.Wake up Friday afternoon at 14:00 o´clock. Go to work at 17-0230 and then sleep at 03:30.Wake up on Saturday at about 11:00 o'clock, hit the gym at about 16:00 for a session of SW-HD Back. And then start a regular backload with approx 250-300 g of carbs from about 17-23.Since I'm lagging in both the shoulder and back area, I thought that hitting the Shoulders+ lightly the back first, then approx 36-40 hours later hitting the same musclegroup (kinda) would hit the muscles while being recuperated enough but still with elevated levels of mRNA, and thus optimizing muscle growth and also refilling glycogen. From what I can tell, this is how Lyle McDonalds prescribes it in his UD 2.0 which I unfortunatly lost when my previous computer crashed, so I can't quote it but basically it´s ULC+ depletion training throughout the week, then on the day of the backload (for instance Friday) hit a fullbody gymsession with 75-80% 1RM IN THE EVENING, backload throughout the next day and then 36-40 hours later starting from the previous trainingbout, essentially in the morning on Sunday in this case, hit another fullbody session, this time taking advantage of the superfilled glycogenstores to lift heavy and intense (90-100% 1RM).In his book he talks about mRNA and from what I can tell, how it is needs to be elevated to support maximum muscle growth. mRNA gets elevated in the first place by exercise, i.e. the first exercise bout, and then the stimulus from the second heavy bout is recieved by the body in a state of maximum growth potential.Thoughts anyone? Anyone read UD 2.0? Anyone worked out at nighttime?Feel free to comment, critique, question or develop.

It could be a tweak that you can make. With that being said, have you even ran CBL as is before changing it around?
