    Hi!Here's my training, but I want to slightly modify it to improve my chest, cause it sucks in every way.Main goal is strenght, but I do not own that much amount of muscle, so good if some would slip in 😀A:front squats with pause 3x5snatch pull 3x5bench press 3x5 BB row 3x8-6-6pullups 3x maxbicep B:Power clean 5x3push press 3x5squats 3x5Deadlift 3x5DB incline press 12-8-3tricep on flat bench 8-6-6bodyweight skullcrushersdips 3x maxDon't worry about the volume, let's just say I can handle it.

    You may have had this answered or figured out already but this is something you could do.Assuming you can handle the volume: After your bench press, add incline bench w/ bar + db flys (or use rings for flys).  4 sets 8-10 reps would really help your chest look fuller and developed.  Then make sure to add a ton of rows. Chinese row, chainsaw rows, Face pulls. to help balance you out.  This way you hit it twice a week and more volume.Don't really like your A and B splits.  Especially B I would cut your DL to just working on your 5rm.  You must be in the gym all day.
