My old training partner is looking for a program to follow because I don't lift with him anymore and doesn't really know how to research very well, ie knowing who is an idiot and who isn't.He's my age and almost the same weight with 2 years decent training experience, he knows how to lift and diet but needs a solid program to follow. Stats:19y/o, 185lbs and 11% BFHe found CT's OVT program online and liked the look of it any opinions on it? or recomendations of a program?
