I train heavy deadlifts on saturdays, however the last session I do before saturday is on thurday which I traing chest/Tric/shoulder… So, considering this, I Back Load thursday night and use no carbs on friday whole day and on saturdays don't use carbs until the trianing time which is 2 pm.Question: Should I train chest at friday so my friday's Back Load would improve my strength for saturday session ou it wouldn't matter if it's thursday or friday?Regards brows.
