Just a few questionsWhat's the best training to do the afternoon of carb nite, which is every 5th day. Also HIIT why is this so effective over other types of cardio on ulc days? How often do I need to lift heavy? If I also want to build with higher reps also.Does a higher rep hypertrophy of metcon workout warrant a pwo shake?Sorry is this has been covered, I'mTime strapped!! Lol.

Lyle in his UD recommended doing high reps and little reps between sets in the workout just before carbing up. He also recommendes carbing up for a longer time.Maybe that kind of training isn't advisable in a "short" CarbNite?

    1) Normal workout if anything, just lower volume due to being depleted.2) It's anabolic and blast through glycogen stores to help moblize body fat. HIIT has it's time and purpose, just like walking.3) 3-4x a week is good, 1-2x is also good with CNS. You can add some accessory work post-strength work to balance the session out.4) Yes.5) It's okay, a lot of this has been covered.
