Training Twice A Day – Question

    Hey Guys,So typically I train twice per day. 3 Days out of the week I do AM cardio (HIIT, Distance, and Ruck) and the other days I often do a small ab circuit. I do resistance training at night. Question(s): Should I have my AM accelerator before or after my AM workouts? and or should I be having a full protein shake after this AM workout?

    I would have it before, then after have maybe 10-15g of whey and 3-5g of leucine.This is something I'm going to ask about in the next Q&A podcast.
