Can someone start CBL without the Starting Phase IF already in Ketosis as  a result of Carb Cycling? I have been Carb Cycling for a few weeks now and would like to give CBL a try. Does Carb Cycling shift the metabolism as CBL does? I am already in Ketosis (evidenced by positive Ketone Urin Dipstick). Your help and clarification will be appreciated.

The answer is "probably".  There's no one single Carb Cycling diet (am I mistaken? seems like there are at least 5 guys with their own versions of this), so I couldn't say for sure.If you want to be absolutely sure you're doing things right, I always advise doing the intro phase.  For you, I'd say that if you're sure you're in ketosis right now, then just wait another 3-4 days to completely shed whatever water weight you're holding on to, then do your first back-load on a training day when you really feel depleted and tight from the lack of carbs and water.I just approved your CBL Members status, so let's leave this forum thread here in the open forum and you can ask any further questions in the Official Q&A.  Welcome in!
