    Hey guys I've been doing carb nite and Cbl interchangeably. I usually do about 4 weeks of Cbl and then carb nite to cut back down and not really surpass the 15% body fat mark. This time when I switched to carb nite solution I started pretty much with the detox diet, I have not lost a single pound only gain more. I know the scales not a great judge but my composition has not gone in the positive direction. Please help Daily meals Wake up: coffee/mct oil 12: bacon 1:1 40 fat 40 protein 5pm: 12 oz steak with butter 60:607pm: post workout Leucine, whey 30g Midnight: 6 oz steak with butter Protein: 170g Fat: 170g Body weight: 200 19%

    Have you tried adding in some fasted walks or fasted HIIT?

    Yes I do fasted hiit on both mornings I'm contemplating switching back to Cbl because when I lower my carbs to around 1g per Lbm I was shredding body fat at almost 1% a week

    If you were losing 1% of BF a week, why did you switch?

    If you are gaining body fat on CBL then you need to adjust/tweak your CBL protocol instead of switching to CN - CBL SA is more than suffienct method to drop body fat and gain some muscle at 15% (in my opinion) I would swap out the steak for some fatty ground beef at least in the A.M -  up the fat.have you tried eating a little sooner than for your second meal?  i couldn't eat a meal and train 1 hour later personally. try eating at 11:30 and 1:30-2pm; I have the same schedule training time as you.I would focus on CBL-SA without the H.i.T

    I'm now at 205 at about roughly 19-20% I'm thinking of cutting down to a leaner 12-15% over time. I just want to fit in my clothes again ahahahaha I'm loving the strength gains on CBL though tough choice …
