You can do it! What I have read on this forum I have seen a lot of wonderful results. Keep on it and you'll be writing your own log about "How to get under 20% BF" in no time (well ok, maybe a little time ;)). Just take a photo now and then so you can look at your progress with a smile. With your BF, the fat loss should be pretty fast at least in the beginning.And by the way, glad to hear you have started powerlifting. Women are usually afraid of becoming too muscular but that's nonsense. You'll only come to look good... and now you can show your runner friends what lifting and proper diet can do. 🙂
