Any recommendations/tips for creating my own PWO Shake?  Which powders I should choose?  I have a lactose intolerance.  Hate having several tubs to mix from.  I'm looking to mimic Kiefer's HPF without the carbs.  Sometimes I have to workout in the mornings/early afternoon therefore, I need to skip carbs in post-training and backload in the evening.  Note: I'm a female doing strength accumulation.Kiefers's PWO:Caffeine: 200-600 mgWhey Isolate: 15-20gCasein (intact): 10-15gHydrolysate: 10 - 15gLeucine: 3 gCreatine: 5 g[Omitted High-GI Carb: 20-40g]

You can get away with True Nutrition whey isolate and be just fine. Adding leucine and creatine will be a great addition as well.

Should I go for PF's DH Blend H then?  Just add leucine and creatine?  Recommendations on a Leucine product?

No, Protein Factory has moved over to less stellar whey for those blends. You're better off getting the isolate from TN, as well as the leucine and creatine. You can order bulk there and cheaper.

L-Leucine Powder, Powder Instantized or Leucine 4:1:1??

L-Leucine is good as well as the instant powder. I'd personally for for the instant. Mixed better.
