I built the two protein formulas using True Nutrition, but DAAAAMN the shipping is ridiculous. Blend 1 was about $13.42/lbs and Blend 2 was $12.14/lb…I can go to Amazon, get the Optimum Nutrition or Dymatize for a bit less (maybe $1-$2), but have free shipping. Thoughts on this? I know not all proteins aren't created equal (and have read that all over the boards), but I've used ON, Dymatize, Truetein, and Protogen before and loved them.As long as whey is PWO, Casein throughout the day, and carbs maintained under 30g does it really matter?I do like the bulk order of Creatine Mono, L-Leucine, and Fish Oils I can get from True Nutrition though....
True Nutrition has very pure whey protein, which may seem like the cost is a lot but you're getting what you paid for and I recommend buying bulk so the shipping isn't all that bad.
