Tweaking Macros

    imho just don't be so concerned with numbers.. keep ulc days low as possible in carbs with lots of goods fats and moderate amount of protein.. then keep your CN lower in fat and more controlled ie try differen't food choices and see how that treats you best for a few weeks.. people have intolerances to all kinds of foods and some can cause issues in stalling for many it could be wheat for many it could be dairy or it could be sugars or for some maybe starches.. just gotta see what you react best to

    +1Your body isn't a math equation. Forget the calories. Eat more fat, by calorie, than protein, and no carbs. Then on carb night, eat to your hearts content and log it. The next day see how you look/feel. If you feel good, keep that rough amount on CN for your next one, if you feel flabby and gross, dial it back next week, if you feel soft and empty, ramp it up.
