Are there any rules of thumb for how to tweak your carb nite?"If you wake up the next morning feeling bloated instead of tight, you should do foo.""If you feel bar, you need more dirty carbs.""if you feel baz, you ate too many carbs.  If you feel zab, you didn't eat enough carbs."etc.

No not really, the next day will always have something. It's just during the week that can determine a lot. If you eat actual ULC meals like meats, etc. The CN itself it just to spark hormonal responses again for your metabolism

The first couple CN's left me bloated the day after, so I cut out some foods that I thought was the cause (pasta, bread, ect). That's the extent of my tweaks so far.My CN's are pretty much the same from week to week now so I don't feel I need to change anything for the forseeable future.Maybe just completely remove gluten, but for now I don't think I need to.

I have had 3 carb nites so far and I have pretty much stuck to the same foods. However this past week the dairy seemed to bother me and I felt bloated by the end of the evening and early morning Monday.I also think if fat loss is your optimal goal and if you are at home and have total control of your carb meals keep the fat lower until the last meal before bed.
