CainoParticipantSome people just go the gym to say they do and to waste their time.
This can't be said enough.So many people go the gym, do a couple curls and maybe bench sporadically through the week all for the sake of being able to say "I work out".
This is nearly my whole gym.
i love that at my gym that way they can stay the fuck off MY squat rack

At another gym I used to go, people used do sit ups inside the power cage. I don't go there anymore.

I start taking pictures of them and laughing while I text them to my friends. They ask "you taking pictures of us man"?I say yeah and I'm posting them on the squat rack curlers hall of fame.They just stand there stupid faced.Most have no clue what "squat" means.I'm such an open minded say it all fat fuck... Oh we'll. when you say what you've gotta say, there are no Fucking doubts. Point given, point taken, shut the fuck up and walk away happy. haha very true about the squat, dont even mention a paralel squat to them you will cop the "do u even lift bro"

ipcheckGuestI didn't feel over-trained at any point.I do think the extra training did make me hold some FAT.I cut back to PM lifting only, and sometimes take a day off or two in the middle.Benefits = More muscle mass.223 lbs today.

LOLWork 'em daily. There is no CALF Day.... its calf day every day. At first they will hurt and you won't feel your lower legs... after your body learns to heal them quickly you will need to fuck em up daily.They will eventually stop growing but they will continue to develop shapes and all kinds of cuts.Heavy!

that's what i'm currently doing to my forearms.. pretty much daily beatings right now:)

GnomerParticipantSure they work on many lifts but mine haven't grown at all till I started doing direct heavy work on them multiple times a week but everyone's different in this regard
