    Some people just go the gym to say they do and to waste their time.

    This can't be said enough.So many people go the gym, do a couple curls and maybe bench sporadically through the week all for the sake of being able to say "I work out".

    This is nearly my whole gym.

    i love that at my gym that way they can stay the fuck off MY squat rack

    They curl at the squat rack.They do shoulder raises at the squat rack.They do stand around and chat at the squat rack.And more, at the squat rack.Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD

    thats when you just walk up stand there awkwardly and just look at them with your angriest face, then they fuck off lol

    At another gym I used to go, people used do sit ups inside the power cage. I don't go there anymore.

    I start taking pictures of them and laughing while I text them to my friends. They ask "you taking pictures of us man"?I say yeah and I'm posting them on the squat rack curlers hall of fame.They just stand there stupid faced.Most have no clue what "squat" means.I'm such an open minded say it all fat fuck... Oh we'll. when you say what you've gotta say, there are no Fucking doubts.     Ok. Glad you're getting good results, but lets be clear. Overtraining is very real.

    I didn't feel over-trained at any point.I do think the extra training did make me hold some FAT.I cut back to PM lifting only, and sometimes take a day off or two in the middle.Benefits = More muscle mass.223 lbs today.968860_192421147592016_2087507856_n.jpg1044386_192418304258967_130926844_n.jpg

    LOLWork 'em daily. There is no CALF Day.... its calf day every day. At first they will hurt and you won't feel your lower legs... after your body learns to heal them quickly you will need to fuck em up daily.They will eventually stop growing but they will continue to develop shapes and all kinds of cuts.Heavy!

    Sure they work on many lifts but mine haven't grown at all till I started doing direct heavy work on them multiple times a week but everyone's different in this regard
