To be honest I've been doing something similar myself as I find that I tend to spill over with my CBLs a little. I'd also love to get some feedback on this but here's how I do it:I place my strength workout later in the day (both because I feel better later as well as some studies regarding the CNS not being fully activated until several hours following awaking) and volume earlier in the day. I follow my AM session with some WPI + 5g leucine and then do a proper potentiator shake + CBL following my PM session.
