Ok I am probably being way to anal about this but thats my nature when it comes to this stuff.  I try to do everything perfectly.  I am wondering if in Kiefers supplementation recommendations such as the AM accelerator, periworkout shakes , night time hydrolysate etc if when he says “10g whey protein isolate” for example, does he mean 10g of actual protein, or 10g of powder?  If he means 10g protein then thats more like 13-15g of powder but if he means 10g powder then thats only 7-8g protein depending on the quality.  I know I'm probably being super anal, but I also know that during the ULC times of day especially in the morning, insulin is very sensitive so i am trying to keep everything optimal. Also during the ULC times of day on backloading days do you keep your fat:protein ratio 1:1?  I know that you do that on off days and for CNS but during the early part of the day (when training at the optimal time) do you guys keep your ratio 1:1?  I consulted Appendix D in the book and according to its recommendations I would include around 40g fat and 150g protein during the ULC part of the day.  Obviously this is far from a 1:1 ratio.  Thanks guys

I read it as 10g protein… Not powder weight.I try to keep the ratio of protein to fat as 1:1.
