I’m a 40 year old woman, I have type 2 diabetes and hypothyroidism. I take Metformin and synthroid. I’ve been following CNS for about 6 months, and have noticed that my blood sugar readings are high. All the time. Even higher than they were before I started keto/CNS. Why is this? How do I fix it? I know I’m not going over 30 g of carbs. Could I be eating too much protein?
