So I'm doing a bit of a reprep this week and I think I've got a pretty good grasp on the meal plan, but I'm open to suggestions.8am- Wake up, black coffeeNoon- 3 egg omelette (cooked in coconut oil and/or butter, 3 strips of bacon, 1oz cheese, handful of spinach3pm- Coffee with coconut oil and/or cream4pm- salmon fillet with 1/4 avocado, a handful of spinach, a few pimento olives, sliced cucumber, olive oil, vinegar7pm- coffee with coconut oil and/or cream8pm- 80/20 beef patty with a handful of spinach or maybe some broccoli or cauliflower and butterMidnight, bedtime- 2 eggs and a tablespoon of natural peanut butterThis all amounts to roughly a 1:1 ratio of protein to fat per lb of bodyweight, with only about 10g carbs.  I wouldn't mind another cup of coffee with coconut oil at around 10am but I suppose that would break my fast at only about 10 hours.  English bacon strips are bigger than American so that's why only 3 strips.  After a couple of days I'll be out of cheese and cream so I'm just gonna cut the dairy for the majority of the prep.  I'm taking the week off from the gym to give my shoulder a rest but I'll post an example of my training day meals probably tomorrow.

If you start to stall, dairy should be taken out along with plant fats like the avocados.

Yeah I don't think I'm going to keep the avocados in there for more than a few days.  Am I right to think the coffee with coconut oil and/or cream at 10am would break my fast too early?

Honestly if you keep it between a 12-14 hour window you should be fine. Now, I wouldn't have the meal at midnight. Have about 2-3 meals instead of 6. You don't need that much. Have two big meals or three good sized ones. Like at lunch, maybe a snack, and dinner. That's all you really need. So if you have your last meal at 8pm have the coffee mixture at 8am or 10am.

yeah. Id make that meal at 8 (or maybe 9-10) your last meal and make it way bigger. Then you can have you coffee w/cream earlier the next day.

Ok, I'll try that tonight.  I suppose that omelette is really the only big-ish meal on here.  I'm obviously finding it hard to get out of that "6 small meals" mindset.  I'm so used to eating right before bed.  Before I started this, every night before bed I had a handful of cashews and 300g of cottage cheese.

It'll get easier and better. No worries. Good luck!
