Elevated creatinine still points to a kidney problem. The use of creatine normally doesn't elevate the creatinine markers in your bloodwork.

I know when I was on creatine and got bloos work done, my creatinine levels were still normal.

Has anyone been doing this one big dose scheme?I've been trying it for the past week or so, and I've all but concluded that my body does NOT handle it well. Idk if I'm misattributing it to an external stressor, but I've felt AWFUL after taking the big doses.Anyone else?

Same,…regardless of brand a tablespoon of CM is about the most I can handle at a time without feeling crappy afterwords.I bought the 4.4lb from ON so I've got plenty to go through and it seems not to upset my stomach when I take it.  On my digital scale a level tablespoon comes in at 14-15 grams.

How much total creatine are you shooting for? Should be easy enough to get say 30g in divided doses. 10g in workout drink, 10g in PWO shake, 10g last backload meal for instance. And then maybe 2x 15g doses further apart during a off day.

I'll usually do a tablespoon (15g) in scivation during the day sometime  and then another tablespoon with PWO.  I get it all in for the day, just not in one shot.

Same here.  And I get a LOT of bloodwork done for some ongoing therapies.

Starting next week, I'm going to increase the overall amount to 24g/day per Kiefer's formula, but space them into two equal doses.  I've always been somewhat of a 'non-responder' in that I don't notice much of a difference performance-wise whether I'm cycled off completely, loading, or on maintenance dosing (10g/day).  I've always kept on with it because of the overall health (Cardiovascular, antioxidant, etc.) benefits.Hopefully the increased dose and split protocol will translate to performance while not killing me with some of these negative side-effects.  Especially in regard to reported issues with constipation.  I am fighting to 'move things through' on CNS as it is...

Thats normal when starting on CNS, up to a month or so.. your body will adapt and be able to pass much easier

Thanks.  Unfortunately (for me) I've been on CNS since July 1 and things have not changed in that regard.

I did in the past under AS, but discontinued once switched over to CNS per Kiefer's/board information that fiber was not really necessary/recommended anymore despite what was recommended in the CNS book as that info was outdated.  Thought I would just suffer through and my system would catch-up at some point.  Not happening. So, now that he released the new guidance on one of the recent 'tubecasts', I've just re-started fiber supplementation with Kiefer's recommended 'Triple Fiber' supplement to try to keep things going after CNs.  Stuff is somewhat nasty.  It seems to be helping a bit, but I'll have to wait a bit for a final verdict.
