I have been taking this supplement for several months now (Universal Animal Flex) and was looking at the nutritional facts when i noticed that it contained glycerine.  I know that glycerine is on the list for items to avoid.  I am on day four of my prep for Carb Nite.  Is this product going to hinder my progress? Should i stop using this product?  I want to get everything right while doing Carb Nite.

It's just in that 1 flax gel cap right?  I don't think it's going to kill your progress but fish oil really is better.  I would just finish what you have left and switch over to a plain ol' glucosamine-condroitin plus fish oil which you should already be taking.

+1 It is better to get a decent fish oil. Either Carlson's Finest Fish Oils or NOW Foods Ultra Omega-3's

If it's flax oil you are wasting your money on it.Flax contains the omega 3 ALA, but ALA is nearly completely useless for humans.

It's not bad, but you'd likely get more for your money to get a quality fish oil and I've heard good things about Cissus from Cory on the forums.
