So Ive been backloading for a couple of week but the last 3 days ive had a tummy bug so didnt eat much but obviously needed to replenish sugars and salt.Im fine now but wondering whether I can juts carry on or should I go through the whole 10 days ULC startup? I obviously dont want to do that lol 😉Today I have been eating carbs throughout the day simply to build my energy back up as ive not eaten properly for 3 days.Thoughts pleaseCheers ;D
