Hi everyone! I just got carb backloading today and have a few questions. I just did a month of carbnite and went from 15-12% bf. I want to try some backloading though because as I got leaner it was harder to do just one night of carbs per week and still have energy for workouts. Also I plan on doing a 2 month stint of backloading SA followed by a month of carbnite to keep building without adding fat. My question is what should I eat when backloading. I have heard about some crazy amounts of food being thrown down during a backload, but I don't want to be a fat kid either. Would a good backload be a dinner out with the wife, and a dessert? Do I need to worry about macros during backloading other than less than 30 grams of carbs before backload and the .8 to 1.3 grams of protein a day? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Glad you bought the book now you have access to the forums that have your questioned answer regarding the types of foods to backload with. Also the book explains a good amount of carbs to take in.
