Stopped smoking a few month ago and switched to Electronic cigarette to still get the delicious nicotine (and also I love doing smoke rings). However, I'm starting the prep phase of the CBL program and I wonder if the propylene glycol/vegetable glycerin mix used in E-Liquid might interfere with ketosis, or elevate insulin levels.(This article got my attention : http://www.ehow.com/about_6494896_propylene-glycol-effective-ruminants.html)Is there a consensus on usage of E-cig while back loading? Or is it mostly irrelevant as propylene glycol/vegetable glycerin already are in a lot of food/pharmaceutical products?

Whoo…this is a VERY GREAT QUESTION…Kiefer, if you're reading this sir, it would be a great research or study done, at least just a thought. Now my opinion, it could be very well so minor that it would not be a huge concern. From what I recall that vegetable glycerin doesn't do anything to insulin, that it was safe for diabetics to use, thus making it okay for us to use as well. With that being said, if you're quiting, why not run the Nicotine Protocol from Nicotine Declassified? That way you're losing (literally) body fat and not just burning it.
