Hey guys,I've changed around my backload to include more feedings than just one enormous meal. Easier on my stomach, and will allow me to spike my insulin more than once, which if I'm not mistaken is the goal during the postworkout period.I usually get done lifting at about 7:30, take my shake at 8, eat at 9, and then have my third "meal" at 10. For this final meal, I'm going to be taking a protein meal replacement supplement. Since I'm a product rep for Ronnie Coleman Signature Series, I can maintain a steady stream of this protein and I don't want it to go to waste. That being said, I want to know if taking 2 scoops of Pro Antium for my last feeding would throw anything off for me. Here are the macros for 2 scoops:8 g fat20 g carbs (including 4 g fiber, only 2 g sugar though)58 g blended protein10 g creatineI'd also add 40 g dextrose and 5 g leucine to round it out.The only thing making me wary about this is idea is the carb composition in the Pro Antium. It's very low in sugar, but I'm not too concerned about the non-sugar carbs involved because this protein has cookie pieces, and I believe those are the main carb source. What I'm really worried about is the fiber. Will 4 g screw up my insulin response enough for me to be worried? I'm usually going to sleep 1.5 to 2 hours after I take this last feeding, so I just don't want the fiber to keep my insulin escalated by the time I'm going to sleep. In short, should I be worried about the fiber here? Any other concerns with this protein at the tail end of the backload? (I'm also sticking at the end because of the fat content)
