BallSoHardMemberI just landed in Vegas and followed the week before carb nite, 2 weeks CBL outline that kiefer emailed. I was wondering when drinking are you suppose to eat ULC? Or after 2 just eat and drink whatever till sleep? Then repeat the next day.

CBachelor17MemberFast until afternoon, then eat what-ever, drink. Thats what he says. From the email it doesnt seem like its something hes recommending for days in a row though. I would deff prep phase again if you did.

He doesn't say. I personally would just go low carb a few days.

DirtyJerz32GuestI was looking for this email the other day. I may have deleted it when I was cleaning my mailbox. I'm getting ready to go on vaca in 2 weeks.

You could also run a few HIIT cycles to burn through a bit of the stored glycogen.

CBachelor17MemberIf you have been running a CBL protocol and you are ULC until 5 I wouldn't worry much about it, esp if you got a workout in. Alcohol isn't stored as glycogen so the only thing you'll have to worry about is the food you ate. Again assuming you maintained ULC until 5 and got a w/o in essentially you just had some sloppy, alcohol infused backloads lol.

+1I wouldn't worry too much about a blowout here and there. You won't really store too much fat unless you are doing this every other day. You do have to live a little! Try and keep these sort of days few and far between though, always keep your fitness goals in the back of you mind. Hell, I have days like this were I will easily top 8000 cals lol.

Richard SchmittModeratorI personally think folks are abusing this method as well
