Just started carb nite and i blend veggies, and i just wanted to make sure it goes along with the program. The veggies i use are spinach, kale, celery, cucumber (i stopped carrots bc of the few sugar carbs), mct oil, and raw eggs.
Don't go over 10g of usable carbs per meal, especially with that much veggies. Just be cautious of it and be aware of how much you're actually using. Never had a veggie smoothie but sounds pretty good.
