pndpmtKeymasterMy backloading meals are quite large, so would a tbsp or so of apple cider vinegar before hand help with digestion? I know vinegar might lower the insulin response from a meal, but would the trade off be worth it? Probly majoring in the minors…but still good to knowSent from my LG-P769 using Tapatalk 2

Trevor G FullbrightModeratorI've seen just as much info saying it does nothing with insulin levels as I have saying it lowers insulin.Anyway, if it's the raw stuff then I'd do it before meals, if it's not... put it in meals to taste good?

Alexander BaurParticipantWhen I'm really bloated after a big meal I take a glass of water with 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar and a shot of honey. Tastes awesome and makes the bloating go away immediately.

Avc with meals is like bread and butter, helps with bloating and I notice aid in digestion. As for before or after, I dont notice a difference as long as I get it in.. my meals are usually on the plate for all of 5 mins anyways

What's the difference between the raw stuff and the regular stuff? Is the raw ACV that much better than regular ACV? I've actually seen conflicting info about insulin and ACV too, but I'll just give it a try for awhile to see how well it works.

samuel r walkerParticipantThe healthy part of avc is the 'mother' which is only in the unrefined one.. As for simply using it as a digestive aid, the regular refined shit works just fine
