What is vinegar? Is it a carb? It does not have a nutrition label and want to use it (white, red, or apple) on romaine lettuce with olive oil as a salad dressing.
Vineager has a few grams of carbs. I think vineager is made from this process:1. Grape juice ferments into wine (sugar is turned into ethanol)2. Wine turns into vinegar (Ethanol breaks down into acetic acid)Where does all the energy go though? Is it an exothermic reaction or is the energy contained in the acetic acid?
Is the consensus then that normal white vinegar is essentially carb free and we can eat it during the ULC part of a CBL day or during the ULC part of CNS?
