My name is Stephen, and I'm 22 years old. I'm really starting to get into fitness and stumbled across CBL.I'm trying to get everything ready to start the prep phase, am looking for some help. I have read the book once but some info still confuses me. I just want to really understand what I'm doing before i start. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
I'm not understanding how to know how much of what to eat? How do I know what 30g carbs looks like, or grams for protein and fat?Also what kind of programming works best, I'm interested in CrossFit but he's very anti CrossFit?
