Ok to hopefully clear my confusion and. A maybe othersRest day/prep phase- shoot for 1g of fat/protein at 1/1 so for me its 146/2Training days- before traing half your fat intake by weight 76g or what is recomended in back of book for desired weight is 29.7g of fat- This is where my confusion lies, hope this helps others!!

Training days would be half your fat intake by weight during the ULC portion. Disregard the fat numbers in the back of the book entirely. They are honestly completely irrelevant for our goals on CBL.

now my friends keep telling me im about to get diabetes?  I would tell them I only have one insulin spike every other day im not in danger of it even though I have a lot of sugars. Is that correct?

Don't worry, you're probably putting far less insulin into your body than your friends do on a daily basis. They also have elevated insulin levels day in, day out, whereas you only have a spike in insulin every other day AFTER resistance training.

In CNS kiefer says, “Overeating carbs or fat will make you fat—there is nofood classification in the world to avoid this problem.”It's at the end of page 52 in the edition i'm reading.I wonder what he thinks of this looking back.
